I recently stayed in a hotel in this city and I had an amazing time. The hotel was very clean with modern facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, situated by the river providing a relaxing atmosphere and easy access to transportation. The breakfast was delicious.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The hotel location might be good for some, but for me it felt too isolated. Down the river, there was nothing to see or do. the breakfast was normal and the room was basic, only had a few old, uncomfortable chairs. the staff was not very helpful.
The Wi-Fi was unreliable in most areas, making it really challenging to keep in touch with people outside of the hotel.

The hotel is nestled quietly in the mountains, offering stunning views of the M'Gouna River. The attention to detail in the traditional design and construction of the building is impressive. The staff, including the owner Arlette, are friendly and welcoming, making you feel well taken care of. The rooms are delightful and the breakfasts on the terrace are a real treat, especially the mouthwatering crepes.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Kasbah Agoulzi is an absolute gem hidden quietly in the mountains. the value for money is excellent, offering affordable prices without compromising on quality. The attention to detail in the hotel's design and layout is remarkable, creating a truly authentic kasbah experience. The location, surrounded by the magnificent Atlas peaks and overlooking a beautiful river, provides a serene and picturesque setting that is hard to beat. The staff and service go above and beyond, making you feel right at home. The basic amenities are well-maintained and convenient, and the rooms with three single beds are perfect for families or group travels. Lastly, the breakfasts served here are a delightful treat, with the best crepes I've ever tasted as a highlight.
Everything was spot on, nothing to improve!

What a magical retreat! the remote location had breathtaking views of the mountains and a river. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was simply amazing. the room was lovely and comfy, and the shower was top-notch. We really enjoyed the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the property, perfect for a romantic getaway. the private parking was also a big plus.
the directions to find the hotel were a bit confusing, and the road to get there was bumpy and unpaved.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. we were pleasantly surprised by the great value for money. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of service and accommodation provided. Secondly, we were impressed by the attention to detail throughout the hotel. From the clean and attractive interior to the soft lighting and candles, everything was designed to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the location of this hotel in the mountains was simply breathtaking. The views from the terrace were stunning and the peaceful surroundings made for a truly relaxing stay. Lastly, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. The French owner, Arlette, was warm and welcoming, and her team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts, especially the crepes which were the best we've ever tasted.
All aspects of our stay were excellent.

The charming décor and comfortable rooms were just the tip of the iceberg. The serene, breathtaking location amidst lush green fields offered a much-needed respite from the hustle-bustle of city life. The traditional Berber tea, served on arrival, was a lovely touch, and the homemade couscous platter for dinner was lip-smackingly delicious.
While the lack of televisions and mobile phones was a welcome change, the absence of proper communication and service left a lot to be desired. The rooms, especially the one without air conditioning, were uncomfortably warm, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.
